Soldiers thwart attack on electricity infrastructure in Yobe

Nigerian Military troops deployed for counter-terrorism operations in Yobe State have thwarted an assault by Boko Haram terrorists on electrical energy pylons within the state.

On December 28, 2023, three electrical energy pylons, T193, T194 and T195, had been destroyed by terrorists utilizing improvised explosive gadgets in Borno State.
