UBTH School of Midwifery application form 2024/2025 is out [UPDATED]

The University of Benin Teaching Hospital, UBTH School of Midwifery application form for the 2024/2025 academic year is now on sale. The form costs N15,000.

The general public can apply for admission into the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) School of Midwifery in Benin City for the 2024/2025 academic year.

You must possess the following qualifications to apply for the UBTH eighteen (18) month midwifery program.

  • The applicant must not be younger than 18 years or older than 34 years
  • Obtain five (5) credits in not more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO, NABTEB, SSCE/GCE/OL including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

Duration: Three (3) years.

How to Apply for UBTH School of Midwifery Admission Form

The application must be submitted through the website/portal of the UBTH College of Nursing

  • Payment of a non-refundable amount of fifteen thousand Naira. (N15,000) payable on the Faculty of Nursing platform after registration, or into UBTH account with the TSA under the service type: Midwifery Training School using the REMITA platform at any bank in Nigeria OR
  • Payment of Two Hundred (200) Naira into the account of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Edo State Committee – First Bank 2004854377

Forms will be available from July 2024

  • Registration must be done online via the Faculty of Nursing website:
  • Full registration and payment must be done online before the date of the entrance examination
  • Candidates are responsible for their own accommodation and food during the examination period.

Completed application forms must be submitted to the institution before the date of the entrance examination.
