Zamfara Governor Approves Construction of Naira 4.8 Billion Ultra-Modern Car Park

Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State has authorized the development of an ultra-modern Central Motor Park in Gusau city, the state capital.

This was acknowledged in a press release made out there to journalists on Wednesday by the governor’s spokesperson, Suleiman Idris.

Idris stated the governor chaired a unprecedented council assembly with the state executives on Tuesday on the authorities home in Gusau, the place key points helpful to the state had been mentioned.

In accordance with him, the council has authorized the award of the contract for the development of the ultra-modern Central Motor Park to Fieldmark Development Ltd, valued at N4,854,135,954.53.

“The undertaking can be collectively funded by the Ministry of Native Authorities and the Ministry of Commerce, Business and Tourism, whereas the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure will oversee the implementation of the undertaking.”

‘The Ministry of Public Works has already ready an inside invoice for the undertaking and submitted it to the State Public Procurement Company, which has not raised any objections to the proposal.’

Idris defined that the ultra-modern Central Motor Park included the development of presidency and union places of work, the institution of a hearth station and the development of visitor homes.
